100 maggots’ in a tin of tuna she bought for her toddler’s lunch.<\/p>\n<p>Bethany Bryson picked up a John West multi-pack for \u00a33.98 at<a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/asda\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/asda\/\"> Asda’<\/a>s <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/edinburgh\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/edinburgh\/\">Edinburgh<\/a> Supercentre store on May 23.<\/p>\n<p>When she arrived home she put her one-year-old son, Hudson Gray, down for a nap and went to make him a tuna and sweetcorn baguette for lunch.<\/p>\n<p>But, she said, as she took the top tin from the multi-pack stack, three maggots ‘flew’ at her. <\/p>\n<p>She then looked down to see what she believes was another 100 or so maggots in the tin. <\/p>\n<div class=\"factbox\" data-ico=\"factbox_article\" data-track-module=\"factbox_article\">\n<h2 class=\"factbox-title\">\n\t\t\t\tSign up for recalled. ‘You know when your skin starts to crawl?<\/p>\n<p>‘I hadn’t even opened the actual tin itself. The tin was open with all those\u00a0maggots\u00a0floating about.<\/p>\n<p>‘I was sick. I didn’t eat that whole day. I’m never going to touch\u00a0tuna\u00a0again. I didn’t know what it smelled like. It was potent.
