The last image of a 75-year-old man allegedly killed by three teenage girls has been released. <\/p>\n

Fredi Rivero was captured on CCTV before he was surrounded and attacked on Seven Sisters Toad, Holloway, on Thursday. <\/p>\n

The Bolivian national died in hospital the next day. <\/p>\n

Three teenage girls, aged 14, 16 and 17, were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm before the man\u2019s death, but have now been charged with manslaughter.<\/p>\n

A friend of Mr Rivero described him as a ‘true gentleman’ who was much loved in his north London community.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She told Metro<\/strong> he was always smartly turned out and had a ‘big brain, like someone who you want on your quiz side’. <\/p>\n

he added: ‘We are devastated. He would be in the pub with his group of friends, all South Americans. He was a humble man, low key but very knowledgeable. They would he talking about world affairs or geography, not just chit chat. <\/p>\n

‘He loved sport and came across as very wide. Just like a reliable grandad who you would listen to when he spoke because of his life experience. He was a true gentleman. <\/p>\n

Mr Rivero was a regular in his local pub the Hercules where he was a popular face.’<\/p>\n

A pubgoer told Metro: ‘He was a great bloke, we are deeply shocked. ‘He was never drunk and just enjoyed the company. God rest his soul.’ <\/p>\n

The girls, who cannot be named because of their age, appeared at Highbury Corner Youth Court on Monday.<\/p>\n

Mr Rivero was standing near a bus stop when the defendants got off a bus before and surrounded him, the court heard.<\/p>\n
